Help buyers choose the right container, prepare delivered quotes and guide orders from first call to delivery.
What you will do
- Answer calls, emails and quote requests
- Recommend sizes and grades based on the customer's use and site
- Prepare quotes and confirm stock with depots
- Keep customers updated until delivery is complete
What you bring
- Experience in sales or customer service, ideally in equipment, construction or logistics
- Clear phone and written manner
- Comfort with a CRM and spreadsheets
Logistics coordinatorLindenhurst, NY, Full-time
Plan deliveries and pickups with carriers and depots, and make sure each container arrives safely and on schedule.
What you will do
- Book carriers and schedule deliveries and pickups
- Review site access details and photos with customers
- Track deliveries and resolve problems on the day
- Keep depot stock and order records accurate

- Experience in dispatch, freight or logistics
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Calm under pressure when plans change
